"Everyone with BPD will at least have heard of 'rage'. This image sums that up for me, my blood boils and even though I like to think of myself as mild mannered this kind of phrase spills out my mouth before I even know what I’m doing. Glad to say I don’t feel that way so often anymore but sometimes."

'Maze of Blackness'

"Stuck in the middle of blackness, depression, where do I go occasionally I stumble across brighter moments but eventually or quickly I’ll be back to the blackness. How do you move on forever?"

"I always used to be (and occasionally still am) prone to all or nothing or black and white thinking. It’s got to be all one way or another, this image was about realising there are shades of grey in the middle and that even the grey can be inconsistent and changeable."
